Raymond Ramani, Director
Raymond Ramani served as CEO of Kale Consulting Australia from June 1999 to December 2001. In this capacity, Raymond was instrumental in developing and securing Kale's position as a leading supplier of services and software to the Airline industry in Asia Pacific. At Kale, Raymond was responsible for developing strategic business plans, investigating new business opportunities and establishing key commercial relationships. Among the strategic initiatives which Raymond led were the company's acquisition of a major UK software company and establishing Kale's Asia Pacific presence via a Malaysian based JV.

Prior to joining Kale, Raymond enjoyed eight successful years as a Client Director at Fujitsu Australia managing a portfolio of blue-chip accounts, securing a number of major outsourcing and infrastructure contracts in Victoria. Raymond has also held senior positions at Nixdorf Computer, responsible for starting up their Indian operations between 1988 and 1989, and National Sales Manager Malaysia 1986-87.

Garry Chadwick, Principal, Professional Services
 Garry Chadwick is a senior IT professional with 30+ years of industry experience in a broad range of technical, sales, marketing and management roles. He commenced his IT career in 1979 before joining Facom in 1980 as a graduate trainee. After topping the graduate class, Garry was quickly promoted through the ranks of Systems Engineering before taking on the role of Australasian Marketing Manager for Fujitsu's mainframe systems.  

Garry was then invited to become a member of a joint Australian/Japanese executive team tasked with establishing Fujitsu's system business in North America. Returning to Melbourne in 1994, Garry enjoyed a highly successful career as a Sales Executive at Fujitsu. Immediately prior to joining Blackrock Garry spent 2 years as Business Development Director for Outsourcing services at Unisys.

Since joining Blackrock Garry has project managed a number of high profile projects in the legacy and ERP environments.

 

Frank Dixon, Client Manager
Frank Dixon is a very experienced IT Manager. He combines a broad understanding of IT capability with a deep interest in delivering IT solutions and processes which enhance the business operation. His experience enables him to recognise business need and match this against appropriate IT capabilities and technologies.

Prior to joining Blackrock, Frank Dixon worked for Toyota Australia from 1988 until 2008. At Toyota, Frank was engaged in several Senior IT Management roles including Project Development, Application System Development and Support, Operations Management, and IT Strategy Planning. These roles involved the development of solutions for the Australian market within the framework of Toyota's Global Operations. These enabled him to develop a broad understanding of both the business and Toyota's unique business methods and processes.

Prior to working for Toyota, Frank worked for the Australian National Line in Management roles involving both IT Development and Operations. At that time, ANL was Australia's largest shipping and stevedore company providing expertise in International Trade, Container Shipping, and Port Operations.

 

Ian Dolling, General Manager Recruitment
Ian Dolling who has over 27 years of experience in the IT and Communications industry head ups our Recruitment and Resource group which was created in response to customer requests for assistance in meeting staffing needs. We offer a complete end-to-end recruitment service to assist with the placement of permanent and contract staff as well as support on salaries, training and retention. In today's world, staff play such a critical part in an organisation's success and it is important that the right people are on board and their services retained. Under Ian's guidance, Blackrock can play a part in making this happen.

Ian brings a wealth of experience not only from the recruitment industry but also of the IT&T industry as a whole. Ian has worked for large multinational companies as well as small entrepreneurial start-ups in many roles from technical specialist, consultant and manager. David Harper, Business Consultant - Case Management
David Harper has more than 15 years’ experience in strategy and IT consulting in both the commercial and government sectors. His experience encompasses project management, business process re-engineering, change management, IT strategy and organisational effectiveness.

David holds a Master of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Management, University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Science (Hons1) degree from the University of Sydney.

 

 

Alfred Glickman, Development Manager
Alfred Glickman is the senior developer for Blackrock's Galileo systems. Alfred has experience in all aspects of software development, across multiple industries spanning government, research, financial services and telecommunications. His technical focus has been on SOA, Agile and Test Driven development.

Alfred holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Degree from RMIT.
